Attention Trenton Area Industries, Businesses, and Organizations:
The Trenton R-9 School District has developed a Technology Committee to work on developing a plan to improve technology in our district. This plan includes:
· Creating needs-assessment surveys to address technology needs with a schedule/timeline.
· Developing and annually reviewing a long-range technology replacement and improvement plan.
· Facilitating an annual review process of the technology needs across the district.
As a part of our plan, we would like to glean feedback from our area's businesses, industries, and organizations! If you are a local/area business owner, please respond to the questions in the survey link below regarding technology skills and knowledge that you feel is needed from our students/graduates to ensure they are prepared for the workforce and careers in our community.
Please use the link below to complete the survey. The survey will close on January 20th.

For American Education Week, the fourth grader students created illustrations about school in art class. They used slogans like, "school is cool," "school rocks," and "school is fun." Of all of the fourth grade illustrations, four students' art illustrations were chosen for our K-3 coloring contest! The four fourth grade students whose illustrations were chosen for the coloring contest then judged the K-3 coloring contest together. These students discussed what was good about the different pictures and ultimately chose three coloring contest winners for each grade! The four illustrators are pictured with the students that were chosen as the winners from each grade. Each grade-level coloring contest winner received new crayons or colored pencils and a coloring book or sketch pad! Congratulations to all of our winners! #InspiringExcellence
We LOVE our teachers and staff! Thank you for always going above and beyond to make a difference for our students! This artwork was created by Trenton High School art students to honor our teachers during American Education Week! #InspiringExcellence
